After a really long time in 2017, we got an exciting week for 2-wheelers freak. Yes, this week Italian Motorcycle Brand Benelli launch it’s baby 302. ‘Benelli 302 R ABS’ is the newly launched motorcycle and we all know madness and passion for the powerful and muscular bike in India. Some market leaders and well-established bikes are already on sale in this category or we can say at this price range. Like Kawasaki Ninja 300, KTM RC 390, Yamaha R3 and more.

Today we are going to compare Benelli 302 R from Kawasaki Ninja300 and Yamaha R3.

OK, we all know in India we love the Japanese Brand ‘Yamaha’ very much and Kawasaki is known here as the status symbol of power and ride quality.

Benelli is not very well known brand for every Indian and very few distributing unit is the main reason behind that. Kawasaki is more famous than Benelli but not like Yamaha.

OK, so it’s time to start the comparison without wasting the quality time. First of all have a glimpse on specs o these 3:

Benelli 302 R vs Yamaha YZF R3 vs Kawasaki Ninja 300

Start the comparison with the price tag.

Bike Prices

As we can see in table ex-showroom price is highest of Kawasaki Ninja 300 and cheaper is Yamaha R3. Price wise Yamaha has positive point than other 2. Yamaha has more distributing unit all across India too. You’ll not see R3 in every dealership, this is also true.

Engine

Engine displacement and power is approx same of Benelli 302 R and Kawasaki Ninja 300. Yamaha has again plus points here, Yamaha has approx 25 cc more displacement and can produce 3 bhp more than other of the list. Not only max power even R3 have the maximun torque of 2906 Nm which is approx 2 Nm more than other. And can propel you at the highest speed of 188 Kmph which is again highest in the list.

Some things are same in all 3 like Ignition type, they all can ignite by self-start switch. They all have 6-Speed Gearbox and alloy wheels. Which is actually very normal hardware to present in this price range bikes.

Kawasaki offers the liquid cooled engine while other two are offering the same air cooled as like light bikes. Yamaha and Kawasaki both equip their bike with wet multi-plate clutch but Benelli 302 is equipped with the wet clutch.

Bike’s Ergonomics

Yamaha is lightest and Benelli is the most weighted. Benelli is more weighted because of ABS. Other two are unaware from ABS. Look wise all 3 looks awesome, you can’t complain about looks. As in table you can observe all bike’s dimension is well balanced and let you experience the good amount of agility.

R3 and Ninja 300 is equipped with the telescopic fork though Benelli provides Upside Down Forks in Benelli 302 R.

All these 3 bikes are rich in hardware but if you want to buy any one of these, then observe the table very precisely and match those to your need. All these bikes are premium and costly.

After buy the bike service quality is also a concern. It will best if dealership or service centre is near to your staying places. Service cost is not very different from each other, they cost approx same.

OK then, see you soon with some new news and articles.

Please don’t orget to share youe views on this comparison and bikes. Thanking You!
