As per engine comparison, we can see that Honda CBR 250 engine had max. displacement but Maximum power produced by the KTM RC 250 and Kawasaki Z250.

Kawasaki bikes are more rider friendly than KTM bikes. KTM bikes are good but on the race track and purely performance oriented. But Kawasaki and Honda bikes are riders and pillion friendly too.
