Today on 2nd December 2016 the Japanese Automaker Nissan finally launched its most superior and worldwide popular model GT-R. This car revealed on Indian F1 Racing track ‘Buddh International Circuit’ (BIC) in Noida during Auto expo. This was one of great moment for Nissan in India. This is not just a car, it’s a supercar with its 565bhp engine, so BIC, Noida is great place to reveal this in India. Nissan GT-R, the beast who doesn’t need an introduction, who doesn’t need comparison to prove its superiority and unparallel performance. John Abraham is the famous Indian celebrity, who is the face for Nissan in India was also present at the launching event in Mumbai. Where Nissan officially launched GT-R for India, John is car and bike enthusiast and therefore his presence make this event more electrifying.
Now have a look at the technical side of GT-R. It equipped with very powerful 3.8L twin-turbo V6 engine which can produce power of 565bhp, and 630 Nm of torque. In terms of acceleration, this Godzilla (a name given to GT-R by automobile enthusiasts) can show you 100+ kmph on the speedometer in less than 3 second. Yes, its amazingly fast. This much of power can generate the engine of GT-R, this engine is actually crafted by 5 best of business from scratch. They were specially opted by Nissan and collectively their experience was of more than 100 yrs. between them. This car is also equipped with Nissan very own rear transaxle for an AWD vehicle for achieving great breaking and traction control by putting more weight on the rear axle. And you won’t believe if I’ll tell you how aerodynamic is this car, its exterior has 0.26 coefficient of drag which is 0.03 less than a G1 bullet (0.29). Now you can easily understand about its refinement level.
The updated version of GT-R is launched in New York earlier this year and Now in India. It is really a great news for the buyer who has potential to buy this car that they’ll get the updated version by the Nissan. Today in Mumbai GT-R was in two colour variant to show Red and Orange.
Nissan GT-R will cost you 1.99 crore (ex-showroom). In India, at this price range GT-R will compete with Porsche 911 Carrera, Mercedes AMG-GT, Jaguar F type, Audi R8 and some more.
